Here, the experience is standardized, functional, and fast.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">At the other end, high-end establishments use technology more strategically\u2014not to replace, but <strong>to strengthen human service.<\/strong> There, digital tools free up time for staff, who can then focus on delivering an ultra-personalized experience to a demanding clientele.
